Payment Process via Credit Card
  • Click on credit card logo
  • You will be redirected to the payment gateway ...
  • Fill in your Credit Card number, CVV number and card expiry date, then click 'Pay By Credit Card'
    • If transaction fail at this point, it may be because:
      • you have NOT disabled your popup blocker
      • for MasterCard/Bank Islam Account, you have NOT registered your personal SecureCode
   
  • Confirm the charge on your credit card
  • You will be redirected to My1Stop website ...
  • Please check the transaction status.
    • If 'Fail', report to My1Stop Crew with the necessary details e.g. error description, payment type, etc.
  • Check your mailbox for an email containing your payment details
  YOU'RE DONE!

  • Click 'Pay by FPX'
  • A new window (FPX) will popup ...
   
  • Indicate your acceptance to the Terms & Conditions by checking the radio button
  • Enter your email address and select your preferred bank
    • Make sure you fill in the email address you registered with your selected bank account
  • Wait while your request is being processed
    • If transaction fail at this point, it may be because you have NOT disabled your popup blocker
  • A new window (selected Bank e.g. CIMB Clicks) will popup ...
   
  • Login at your selected bank's online banking panel
  • Request for TAC, which you will receive via your handphone
   
  • Check your payment details and confirm payment
  • Your bank will display the transaction status
  • You may wish to print your bank's online receipt before closing your bank's website window.
   
  • FPX will display the transaction status
  • You may wish to print the transaction details before closing this FPX window.
  • You will be redirected to My1Stop website from the payment gateway (main window) ...
  • Please check the transaction status.
    • If 'Fail', report to My1Stop Crew with the necessary details e.g. error description, payment type, etc.
  • Check your mailbox for an email containing your payment details
